• If you haven't received our e-mail asking you to register online (only for existing members), please send an e-mail to the secretariat.  This means your e-mail address didn't work.
• If you have already registered electronically following the instructions in our e-mail, don't register again!

General information 

We would like to draw your attention to two important features related to our new website.  Please read the following carefully. 

1) Part of the new EBEN website is also to have information quickly available for our members.  That is why we are starting our electronic Newsletter very soon.  It will be a shortened version of our previous Newsletters.  Otherwise said you will receive an e-mail with short headlines instead of whole texts.  This allows you to quickly scroll through the message and click only on the topics you are interested in. 

2) Secondly we also want to give you at the same time the possibility to access the ‘Members only’ section (which you can find in the top menu ‘Membership’).

In order to have you signed in for the E-Newsletter and to give you access to the members only section we need your electronic registration (just once). 

To avoid a lot of extra work for both you as EBEN member but also for our national networks, we decided to have you registered electronically through a special module – you won’t find the link on our web pages. 

This means that all members can register online without going through their own network, having to update their info first etc.  This also means this module is not accessible for non-members; this link will only be send to existing members (from our database).

Thanks to your e-registration the EBEN networks will also have a lot less work since your co-ordinates are automatically registered in our central database; each network will have access to the members’ info of their own network in the near future.

As soon as you have received an e-mail from the secretariat (including the link to the specific module) just follow the instructions on the screens.  A PDF shows you a detailed walk through of the different screens.

You will receive an automated e-mail after having gone through the last page of the registration screens; this can take some time.  After having received it, you need to change your password in order to be fully registered.  If you don’t do this, you won’t be able to have access to the ‘Members only’ section (top menu ‘Membership’ on our home page) or the ‘Extranet’ top menu and you won't receive our E-Newsletter.

Important:

• Please note you have to fill out your last name first (‘first name’ is the second field).
• Both your last name and password are case sensitive!  Make sure you remember how you typed it.  When accessing the ‘Members only’ or ‘Extranet’ section you need your last name and your password!
• You need to follow the instructions in the e-mail otherwise you won’t be able to access the members only section (cf. walk through doc).
• Access to the membership section will only be possible as long as your membership fee has been paid (to your network or to EBEN itself). 
• New members can’t use this link; they have to register online on our website.
