Membership information

The heading Our activities tells you more about the reasons for joining our network. Being an EBEN member (with EBEN itself or in a national network) also gives you several benefits and discounts.

EBEN membership can either be as a member of a national chapter or as a private member.

You can easily register online which means you will automatically receive our Newsletter, get the latest info etc.

Important: when registering you have to contact the secretariat to receive password which you will need to access the 'members only' section.

Becoming a member of an EBEN national network

At this moment we have National EBEN Chapters in Austria, Belgium (Flemish part), Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom. They are affiliated to EBEN but have their own conferences, seminars and other networking events. Other networks are planned in a number of European countries.

If you want more information about becoming a member of a specific National Network, please contact the relevant addresses as listed under "National Networks".

For information on starting an EBEN chapter in your own country, please click Forming a national network.

Becoming a member not affiliated to an EBEN national network

If e.g. your country doesn't have a national EBEN network, you can still join EBEN.

Membership runs for a calendar year and automatically includes € 10,- in order to cover transfer costs.

  • Individual members: € 70
  • Institutional (not-for-profit) members: € 160
  • Company (profit) members: € 510
  • Students: € 26 (please include a status certification).
  • Countries with a GNP per capita below $7000: a reduced fee is currently available at € 26 annually.
